Dataset degli alberi singoli e insiemi omogenei che compongono l'Elenco degli alberi monumentali d'Italia, censiti ai sensi della Legge n. 10/2013 e del Decreto 23 ottobre 2014.

La prima versione del dataset, pubblicata con Decreto dipartimentale del 19/12/2017 - prot.n. 5450 (G.U. 12/02/2018), viene aggiornata con intervallo almeno annuale: i dati in esame fanno riferimento al secondo aggiornamento dell'elenco nazionale approvato con decreto dirigenziale prot.n. 757 del 19/04/2019 e pubblicato in G.U. n. 110 del 13/05/2019.

I dati derivano dalle attività di censimento degli alberi monumentali svolte ai sensi dell’articolo 7 della Legge n.10 del 2013 e del Decreto attuativo interministeriale 23 ottobre 2014 che ne stabilisce i principi e i criteri direttivi. I dati rilevati in campo durante il censimento vengono archiviati in una base dati attraverso l’applicativo Geo Alberi Monumentali, un progetto che si inquadra nell’ambito dei servizi previsti nel Sistema Informativo della Montagna (SIM) ad uso del personale del Mipaaf e degli utenti abilitati all’inserimento e all’aggiornamento.

Secondo aggiornamento dell'elenco nazionale approvato con Decreto dirigenziale prot.n. 757 del 19/04/2019 e pubblicato in G.U. n. 110 del 13/05/2019.

Description:

Oggetto dello studio era l’elaborazione di una carta della visibilità del territorio, estesa a tutta l’Italia. Le basi informative di partenza erano costituite: da un DTM (Modello Digitale del Terreno) di tutto il territorio nazionale con una dimensione di cella di 40 x 40 metri; e da una copertura poligonale che registrava tutte le aree urbanizzate, di fonte Navtech. Le specifiche di elaborazione stabilivano di registrare l’area visibile da ogni area urbanizzata, entro un raggio di 3 chilometri, ponendo l’osservatore ad un’altezza di 6 metri dal suolo (all’incirca la visuale da una finestra del primo piano) e l’oggetto ossrvato ad un’altezza di 50 metri (una media tra le altezze usuali dei tralicci ad alta tensione). La carta elaborata in base a tali specifiche viene presentata in due versioni; la prima espressa semplicemente in termini visibile/non visibile, la seconda con un punteggio di visibilità che indica per ogni area un valore funzione del numero di potenziali osservatori (all’incirca 1500 potenziali osservatori per punto).
