Description: Data created by following LHEES Stage 4: Generation of Initial Delivery Areas. "Potential Zones are identified where heat networks present a decarbonisation pathway that could be of strategic significance or might warrant further investigation in terms of project opportunities1. The use of linear heat density metrics, anchor load threshold criteria and a gridded heat density layer to inform the zoning analysis helps to identify areas with the greatest potential, however, further and more detailed analysis beyond this zoning exercise will be required to understand the wider factors that could impact on the viability of heat network development in the areas identified."
