Description: <p><span style="font-size:11pt;">The scientific equipment returns the date to the viewer in the American format of Month, Day, Year.&nbsp; When importing this into certain software packages, such as MS Excel, &nbsp;dates may show errors. To remedy this,&nbsp; do not open the file, instead it must be imported.&nbsp; To do this, open excel and click on the “data” toolbar. This provides options to import various formats such as CSV. During import you must transform the data. &nbsp;You can then click on the relevant column headings and “change type” using the “locale” feature.&nbsp; It allows the &nbsp;“date/time” to be set to a UK format.&nbsp; This will&nbsp; transform the US format to a UK format.</span></p>
